Plan Your Event with Confidence
Booking starts by selecting the type of event you’re planning—weekday or weekend—and how many hours you’ll need. From there, you’ll be taken to the calendar to choose a date and start time that fits your event.
Because pricing and availability are based on your total rental time, it’s important to have a general idea of how long you’ll need—including time for setup and cleanup—before selecting your date

Weekends tend to book quickly—often several months in advance—so we recommend reserving your date as soon as you have one in mind.
Weekday and evening availability is typically more flexible, but popular dates can still fill up, especially during busy seasons.
Availability is based on both the date and the length of time you need the space. When selecting your booking, you’ll first choose how many hours you’d like, then select a date and start time that fits within the available schedule.
Because of this, a date may appear available even if only part of the day is open. If you’re booking several hours, you’ll need a time block that can accommodate your full event—including setup and cleanup.

Full payment is required at the time of booking to reserve your date. Once your booking is complete, that time is secured exclusively for your event.
Dates are only secured once a booking is completed. We’re not able to hold dates without payment, as availability can change quickly—especially for weekends.
If you have a specific date in mind, we recommend booking as soon as you’re ready to ensure it’s yours.
Availability is based on both the date and the length of time you select. If you’re not seeing a time that fits your event, it usually means there isn’t a continuous block available for the number of hours you’ve chosen.
You may need to adjust your start time, choose a different day, or consider a weekday or evening option, which often have more flexibility.
